Theo Lieberman’s McKittrick Old-Fashioned Recipe
September 4th, 2012

This recipe comes straight to us from Theo Lieberman, the head barkeep at the Lantern’s Keep at the Iroquois Hotel located in the heart of Times Square in NYC. Theo’s creations are inspired by the Temperance Movement Era, and this cocktail definitely exemplifies this. The cocktail is named after the abandoned hotel that hosts the hit off Broadway show Sleep No More, and we think it’s a pretty good way to wave goodbye to summer.
2oz Bourbon
.5 Pedro Ximenez Sherry
2 Dash Mole Bitters
Build in a rocks glass, add ice and stir. Garnish with a cherry
